Marvel Revolution: Join the Revolution
A Marvel MUCK roleplaying community
Marvel Revolution is a text based roleplaying game, a MUCK, set in the a fictional version of New York within the Marvel Universe. We welcome character ideas, Featured Characters, or Original Characters, from a plethora of Marvel Comic titles. X-Men, Avengers, Fantastic Four, Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Barnes Academy (our own creation of a SHIELD based academy with ties to the Avengers), Sinister Six and many other Marvel groups! While we will have GM run plots from time to time, Marvel Revolution is a mainly player-driver community, which means you create the story!
Marvel Revolution takes place in the Marvel Universe is heavily based on the 616-Universe. Civil War and House of M have not happened in our game as we know aping Original Characters is popular and we feel that including these events would prove difficult for OC Mutants. You can app any character whether dead or alive, although if the FC you desire is dead, you must give a good reason in the app as to how they escaped their fatal status or even ending their background right before their death. Also we have an opening where you can apply for deceased characters through a plot we ran allowing an alternate version of them. Please talk to a wiz before apping this.
The game is not a Marvel Year One game, so when applying for an FC please include some of the character's canonical history upto our cut off of right before Avengers Disassembled/House of M.
