Xavier Mansion - Medical Bay
The Medical Bay contains the latest medical equipment to patch up students and X-Men with the smallest and worst injuries. Six beds line the walls for injured patients. Equipment lines the walls, medicine in the cabinets, and more serious medical supplies locked in cabinets. One this about this room it screams sterilization.
Still confined to the medbay despite reduced injuries, Owen Folger's still down there. Still in nothing but his boxers and the bandages around his torso, legs, and arms, he's snoozing lightly in bed. Only…it's not the bed he fell asleep in last night. He found out something that he hadn't been told earlier. Julian was down in the medbay too and injured. After some deliberation, the younger mutant decided to act. He'd moved the sleeping Jared to the X-force member's bedside and then climbed in next to him before tugging the sleeping healer so that he was touching both. Once both were under the Alpha Squad member's powers, Owen drifted off. Now it seems that sometime during the day, Jared's left and there's an empty chair near the bed.
Lulling out of his slumber, Julian opens his eyes, he was alone when he fell asleep, and now there is another teen in his bed with him… After taking a moment to look around, he notices that this intruder is Owen. "Okay…what are you doing in my bed?" He'd understand if it was one of the younger kids, but this is kind of ridiculous. But he's not feeling any pain under his gauze bandages anymore. Maybe that's a good sign?
Owen stirs after a few moments, letting out a yawn and stretching. He blinks a few times, looking around. When eyes focus on Julian, Owen offers a smile. "Mornin'," he greets. "Ah was sleepin' but now Ah'm wakin' up. Feelin' better?"
"Yeah. Morning. Mind telling me what you are doing sleeping in my bed?" He asks bluntly. He's not exactly one to beat around the bush. Hellion is looking right at the DarkForce user. He rips off his gauze, exposing his now healed abs. "And why are my burns gone?"
Owen blinks a few times, looking bit guilty. "Well. Aside from the fact that Ah didn' feel like tryin' tah carry ya all the way over tah the one Ah was usin'," he chuckles a little. "It was easier for Jared tah heal us both if we were layin' tahgether," he says. "Guess Jared woke up and left though…" he adds, seeing the empty chair.
The telekinetic's eyes squint a little bit. But he seems to have bought the truth. "Okay." He says, dropping the subject, though he does start to get up. "Well, I'm healed, so I guess I'm gonna get some breakfast." He is hungry, and does NOT want any of that bland medbay food that's made to be easily digested. Not to mention that the situation right now for Julian is a bit awkward.
Owen frowns and lets out a sigh. "Do ya'll have tah go?" he asks. "Jus' gets kinda borin' down here and they won' let me leave tah get any food for mahself for another day," he says. "And that…stuff they serve down here isn' food. It's a crime against the sense of taste."
Julian looks to Owen. "You hungry? I can bring down some food." He may be an asshole, but he does agree that the food down here suck something terrible. "What do you want?" He asks. He'll come down here and give it to Owen.
Owen smiles. "Ah'll have whatever you're havin'," he replies. "Thank ya, Julian," he adds. He's quiet for a few moments before adding something. "Ah don' suppose Ah could convince ya tah eat down here with me?"
Julian gives a look to Owen. Knowing it sucks to even stay down here, he gives a nod. "But if you tell anyone, we're gonna have words." He says, exiting the medbay to grab some breakfast for himself and Owen.
Owen smiles a bit more. "Won' tell a soul," he says. The sometimes fuzzy DarkForce user then leans back to wait, taking off some of the bandages that had covered smaller wounds.
