History
Born in Mayville, Wisconsin, Daren lived a particularly normal life up until the point of the manifestation of his mutant power. While it wasn't exactly a life-altering thing for anyone but him, magnetizing a fence and grabbing all the loose change, keys, and bats at a community baseball game didn't really endear him to anyone. He finished out the school year, and was soon after transferred to Xavier's.
