History
Darrell eventually graduated college with a degree in theatre, set design was his specialty. He worked at various theatres around New York City, mainly off Broadway shows. He finally found contentment in a job and was able to help Jesse pay the bills, as the two still lived together. In 2016, Darrell’s younger brother was visiting him in the city. It turned out his younger brother was a mutant as well and the Hunters did what they did, hunted, and both Darrell and his younger brother were captured and put into a mutant camp. Collared, marked with the M, they lived there trying to help each other survive. In 2018 his younger brother got sick and without the treatment he died a year later. Darrell is no longer his carefree, happy go lucky, self. He’s now a bit hardened as he considers himself a sort of loner without that one person he leaned on for emotional support in the camp. He still wonders what the fate of his good friend Jesse is.
