Factions

In the times of our setting, the world is split into several factions.

+ Rebellion

The Rebellion

The Rebels are primarily concerned with destroying and ending the Sentinel Regime. They don't care what it takes, willingly sacrificing themselves and their friends to take them down.

+ Redeemers

The Redeemers

The Redeemers are a group of mutants living in the Morlock Tunnels. Their primary focus is in rescuing mutants from concentration camps or from death camps. Some also help with the Rebels. But, their focus is safety and protection.

+ Hounds of Ahab

Hounds of Ahab

Ahab was once known as Rory Campbell until he was rebuilt by Master Mold and created in the image of a human and Sentinel and given new abilities. His job is to track and capture mutants, taking some as his own hounds. The hounds are well treated, but are mentally rewritten to be completely and utterly loyal to Ahab.

+ Hunters

Hunters

The Hunters work for the Sentinels. Some of them work willingly, some not so much. Very few are actual mutants. Those mutants that are working for them have a large M tattooed on their faces, much like Bishop's.

+ Captured

Captured

The captured mutants are held in a large area surrounding and upon what used to be Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Each one captured is branded with an M and held captive and depowered.

+ Harbingers

Harbingers

They are simply rumors. Nobody has ever met or seen the Harbingers, but their names are leaking around, finding their way into Rebellion, Redemption, Hunters alike. The ones with the most rumors, though, are the captured.

The rumors heard by the Captured:

• They can sneak in past Sentinel Guard.
• The Sentinels cannot see them, nor can technology detect them.
• The Harbingers say that they're working to bring the world back to what it used to be.
• The Harbingers are cloaked in so much secrecy and so much costuming that they can't be told from each other, except by the name each one goes by.
• They act in secret, bringing supplies to the needy. Medicine. Clothing. Food. Blankets.
• Nobody knows what their true goal is.
