History
Everything was going fine and dandy. After Graduating from the school, Kael opted to say there and join the X-force. He still had loads to learn there and he knew that he was a good helpful influence there too. It was when Max graduated as well that Kael offered him a necklace, to help cement the bond that they already had. And to tell him that he'd never leave his side. That he'd always be there for him. And he was. All the way through his life, he stayed by Max's side. Each other helping to learn off each other's powers.
When the Sentinels hit the school, Kaell still kept that promise. He made sure that Max got out first before he thought about himself. When Christopher sacrificed himself for the others to get out of the school, it made him go for the Redeemers. Hoping that Max would follow him. An able fighter with his element, along with the staff that he was rather good at weilding; he is focused on helping the others stay safe. And help rescue the others as well.
