Initial Determination: When first met, Daisuke had a lot of self-esteem issues. The issues were a combination of past life and physical self-hatred.
Subsequent Discussions: As time has progressed, we've discussed his history and helped him realize that much of what he hated was not his fault at all. He's come to terms with a lot of it, but still has some major paternal issues. We're continuing to discuss these to help him.
Recommended Treatments: Continued discussion. Preferring not to let drugs interfere, just continue to help Daisuke talk through his issues and opportunities. Over time, with trust, he'll get past it. For body issues, recommend he spend time with J. Stone.
