Powers and Skills
| Breath Powers: This sounds a little strange to word it like that, but that is the jist of it. Take the dragons you can think of and mush them together, you'll get something like Katie. She has the ability to breathe different forces depending on whichever one she focuses on. So far, these include fire, ice, lightning, and poison; she is immune to these when they are her own, but the only exterior immunity she has shown beyond that is one to fire and a general durability towards different extremes of temperature. Her breath is very limited in that she has to be able to actually hit you with it, but she has the ability to shoot it far, depending on which it is. |
| Durable Skin: This is just like it sounds. Likely a response to her breathing so many dangerous things, her skin is stronger than most normal people's, proving to have a paper thin sheaf of kevlar-grade material over the plates of her skin. This doesn't quite make her bullet proof, but pretty close; a knife to the ribs will likely have a hard time getting through, but it will. She might survive a direct shot from a shotgun, however, if only due to the way the pellets tend to spread out of the shells. Her weakest point with this is, as noted, sharp melee weapons, especially needles, which she tends to hate anyway. Knives, swords, needles, spikes, the edges of filing cabinets - beware! They slice through the mesh-style coating of that tough material and seem to get between the plates, rather than cutting through them or smashing into them the way most things might do. Fortunately, this does mean she can survive falls, hits, crashes, and the like that most people wouldn't. |
