History
Lil is a bartender at Nowhere who is primarily used as an NPC to facilitate scenes. She is open for application should anyone be interested. Many of the fields on this page have been left intentionally blank in case anyone wishes to pick up the character.
So far in the game, Lil has participated in the planning of the trap set for the Mutant Town Shooters and was captured by corrupt police officers who were terrorizing Mutant Town.

Characteristics
Lil is well liked by the people of Mutant Town. She tends to get along with most people who come to Nowhere and never has a problem chatting with new faces. She does have a low tolerance for antics, not hesitating to throw out a quip or light burst if a patron or coworker gets on her nerves.
Powers
Lil is capable of producing beams of brilliant white light. The light is merely that, light. It is incapable of causing physical harm to anyone that it strikes, but it can be blinding.
Lil can fire the light in beams and bursts, or create orbs of light to illuminate areas. By rapidly strobing her powers she can cause seizures in people with epilepsy.
