Parker-Mayfair home- Front Yard

The front yard is nice and large, with plenty of room for running around. There's a two-car wide driveway leading up to a covered garage. The yard itself is pretty much completely normal.

The house itself is a classic ranch-style house with a brick lower half, and a beige-sidinged upper half. There are wide stretches of yard leading to the back yard on either side of the house.

It's pretty late at the Parker-Mayfair home and most people are asleep. Eddie is not one of them. The teen, currently in Captain America pajama pants and a Dr. Strange t-shirt has decided to stay the night at home. Sadly a nightmare has awoken him and he ventured out of bed and the protective grip of his boyfriend to get some water. With the glass, he's in the living room and just lost in thought as he stands near a window.

After weeding through New York City and making the 40 minute bus commute to Westchester. Wesley had started looking for his half-brother, though he had not decided to make his move until dark, scope the place out and see what's going down there. The electric teen is most likely a wanted man now, assault on his father, assault on his half-brother, property damage. As Wesley makes his way in front of the house, he pulls a hood over his head, it's chilly out. a light could be seen in the dark hood, coming from the collar. It's a coping mechanism, and also keeps him from arcing out electricity when not wanted.

Eddie seems oblivious to anyone outside at first. Just sipping his water and thinking, Eddie pushes aside a curtain to look towards the street. He certainly looks like he's James' son. Got that chin. Of course, he's also got a bit of a 'lost puppy' quality to him as he peers up at the night sky. Hasn't quite noticed the hooded guy out front yet.

As Olly sees the curtain open, he stops in his tracks for a second, moving his head towards the window more to see the teen in the window. Puffs of foggy breath come from the hooded ex-slave. He notices some similarities between the two, before shaking his head before moving to move behind anything he can hid behind, hedge, mailbox, whatever.

The fence surrounding the front yard usually provides a nice hiding spot for most people. For a few more moments, Eddie just stares up at the night sky throguh the window. That is…until something catches his eye. Slightly illuminated puff of breath. Frowning, he glances back into the house as if debating going to wake up his adopted parents…or Ricky…or atleast his dog. Biting his lip, Eddie moves away from the window. A few moments later, the teen can be seen opening the front door to peek outside.

Wesley tries to look through the slats in the wood fence, not the best visual option, but it does keep you down and in cover. The electric teen's heart is pumping fast, he feels every thump in his chest. As he sees the front door move open, he debates on running away, giving his location away, or staying it out and hoping for him to go back inside. Though in this cold, his breath may still be visible to someone looking for it, especially now that he's breathing deep and hard.

Either not caring about the cold or not being all that bothered by it, Eddie's ventured outside in his t-shirt and pajama pants. Atleast he went and swapped slippers for sneakers. He also seems to have added odd blue gloves to what he's wearing. Closing the door behind him, he looks around slowly. He opens his mouth to say something but ends up just letting out a puff of breath. "C'mon Eddie…you're way tougher than this…" he can be heard whispering to himself.

Olly is still frozen behind the fence, watching Eddie as he's looking around the yard. He thinks to himself why hasn't he bolted yet. But he's still making himself stay right there, not even thinking about if he's giving any signs of his location. He hears Eddie talking about himself, noting his first name. His breath is very rushed, he wasn't expecting someone to see him this soon.

"You tackled a lot more than this in New York a lot less equipped for Thor's sake," Eddie continues his whispering. "Salem Center is so not scarier than New York…" he adds. There's a pause and Eddie lets his scars glow for a few seconds, giving off a blue illumination to get some better visibility. "Whoever's out there…show yourself. What do you want?" he says a bit more loudly, steeling himself for what he's hoping won't be an attack.

The teen quickly hops up, looking directly at Eddie. His hood flopping down before he's on his feet. For the first time, the two brothers meet face to face, both scarred physically and emotionally over time. Wesley shivers, it shows on his face. He doesn't say anything before twitching in the direction of the street, seriously contemplating running away as fast as he can. The collar around his neck looks as if it's had some wear, a red light flashing on it every now and again.

Eddie lets out a squeak and stumbles back as someone just pops up, startled. He stares for a moment, eyes looking Wesley over. The startled and curious expression is quickly swapped for the 'grr, I'm tough!' one Eddie's worked so hard on. Really, looks like a slightly miffed kitten. "Wh-who are you? What do you want?" he asks, settling into the standard Xavier-School Defensive stance.

Wesley looks at his brother as he gets a close up view at his brother, he still says nothing. His eyes convey only one emotion, sadness. Eddie remind Wesley of his mother, not that he looks like her. Just that it dredges up what little he's got of memories. Though the defensive stance and talk don't phase the teen, he simply stands there, for now. With the dead-pan look on his face, Wesley's eyes start to get shakey.

It's then that Eddie catch's sight of the collar around Wesley's neck and his eyes go wide. "That's a…" he starts to say, stopping when he sees Wesley's eyes. In an instant, the 'battle mode' is gone from Eddie. His own eyes reflect sadness as well as some worry. "Who are you? Please…tell me?" he tries again, taking a step towards Wesley.

The electric mutant sheds a tear for each eye before Eddie starts to plead with Wesley. He opens his mouth, but cannot find the words. The collar still flashes, reminding those who know what it is that it is working. And as Eddie takes a step closer, his brother takes a step backwards. Right after, Wesley in his torn and tattered clothes starts to run, run as fast as he can. Away from the home of his brother, away from the only respectable family he has anymore, and it tears into his heart.

Eddie casts a quick 'I am gonna be in so much trouble' look back at the house before taking off after Wesley. "H-hey! Wait, please!" he calls, fumbling with the gate as he gives chase. He's not as fast as Wesely so it shouldn't be too hard to lose him.

Even with old shoes on his feet, the teen is used to running a lot by now. Wesley looks behind him, seeing Eddie. He makes a quick hop into a back yard, ripping a stitch in his arm and yelping out in pain. But he can't stop now, he'll have to find someone to fix him up again, someone who can be quiet. He makes another jump into an adjacent street, yelping in pain again while he uses the muscle he should be resting, or that should be working fine, if Kevin didn't slice him the other night.

Eddie stumbles when he hears the yelp of pain, feeling a little pang of worry get stronger. Ofcourse, his luck kicks in and he trips and falls while trying to follow Wesley into the backyard. The teen gets up in time to catch the second yelp. Rubbing his head, Eddie watches as Wesley runs beyond his ability to catch up. He looks around for a moment before looking down. "Why run from me?" he asks no one. With a sigh, Eddie turns and starts to shuffle back home.
